Go to Scale and select the USB scale that you have plugged in. De-select Warn When Printing Without an Account Number. Go to Edit → Preferences and Check Allow Printing with an Order Number and Wait for the USB Scale to Stabilize Before Printing.You will need the Pass Phrase from mailing services.
